Dresscodes as unspoken sign - Reflection & quotation

Dresscodes is asking for, it´s removing norms, srutinizing standards and reflecting thus existing legitimacy of mens´s clothing.
The project is analysing conventional characteristics of work, casual, leisure and sports clothing. With reference to their tradition, function and essence, their comes into being provocative projection for social relevant visualisation of individuality.
At the same time, i tryed to interrupt the accepted idea of fashion and the everyday consciousness. Dresscodes takes up the matter of course, stereotyped idea and clichés of men´s clothes, which are visualised in a emotional, grotesque and playfull way.
Based on classical patterns and intergration of functional elements, thrue divisions, shiftings and adaptions, will be created new relations which develops new statements inside the clothe systems. Graphic surfaces in the collection are used as metaphors, they are reflecting function and the patterns in the clothes again.
Based on the well known body and muscles and also the typical elements of male clothes. Already small changes in shape, subtle asymmetricals, divisions, estrangements and combinations in classical garments of each system cause contemporary to their cultural tradition. They are crossing the border between individuality and symbolic tradition and are recognized mostly at the second view.
